Do you take reservations? 

Reservations are available for parties of up to 12 people. We also welcome walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis. For larger groups, please reach out to our events team for assistance.

How do I book a table for 13+ guests?

For large groups, please email jazlyn@palmhousesf.com or fill out the inquiry form on our Private Events page.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Absolutely! We love spontaneity and always keep availability for walk-ins. Just come in and our friendly team will find you a spot. For larger groups, there might be a short wait during peak hours, but you can enjoy a maitai at the bar or a game of pool while you wait.

Why QR Code ordering?

We embrace a casual, laid-back vibe. Place your order via the QR code at your table, and we'll bring your food and drinks to you. Our staff will be around to check in, answer questions, and share our menu's stories. If you prefer, you can also place your order at the bar.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, we love your furry friends! Check our Upcoming Events page for information on our dog-friendly Pawm House events.

Do you have TVs? 

Yes, we have six large-screen TVs throughout the venue, perfect for watching Bay Area sports. Just ask, and we’ll be happy to put your game on!

Do you offer takeout and delivery?

Yes, our menu is available for takeout! Feel free to call our host stand or order online through Doordash!
